With over 30 years of experience in home appliance design and manufacturing, he has successfully led the company to transform from an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) to an Original Brand Manufacturer (OBM).     Dr Dennis Ng is the President of the Chinese Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong and the Managing Director of Polaris Arts & Jewelry Limited. Dr Ng has actively participated in various social services, and has served on numerous public bodies to provide policy advice on industrial development. As a reflection of Dr Ng’s business leadership and community involvement, he has received numerous honors and awards. He is the Honorary Consul of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia in the HKSAR. He was awarded the Medal of Honor (MH), the Bronze Bauhinia Star Award (BBS) and the Silver Bauhinia Star Award (SBS) by the HKSAR government in 2007, 2013 and 2020 respectively. In 2014/2015, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University conferred the honorary title of University Fellow on Dr Ng in recognition of his significant contributions. A new addition to recognitions for Dr Ng’s contributions is the Honorary Fellowship conferred by Vocational Training Council in 2017.

    YK Pang was appointed Deputy Managing Director of Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited in 2016 and Chairman of Hong Kong in 2019, having first joined the Board in 2011. He is deputy chairman of Jardine Matheson Limited, chairman of Jardine Pacific and Gammon, and a director of Jardine Matheson (China) Limited. He is also a director of Dairy Farm, Hongkong Land, Jardine Strategic and Mandarin Oriental.

    Mr Pang joined the Jardine Matheson Group in 1984, and first worked in a variety of positions in its trading, marketing and retail sectors. He became a director of Jardine Pacific in 1995 with responsibility for its restaurants businesses, and in 1999 he moved to Jardine Motors as chief executive officer of Zung Fu before becoming executive chairman in 2003.

    Prior to taking up his current role, he was appointed in 2007 as chief executive of listed-subsidiary Hongkong Land, a property investment, management and development group.

    Mr Pang was born in Hong Kong in 1960 and graduated from the University of Nottingham with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Edinburgh in the United Kingdom. He completed the Program for Global Leadership at Harvard Business School in 1998. He was conferred an Honorary Doctorate degree by the University of Edinburgh in July 2016 and an Honorary Doctorate degree in Education by the Education University of Hong Kong in November 2018.

    Dr Peter K N Lam has been Chairman of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council since June 2019. As a leading member of the business community, Dr Lam is also Chairman of Lai Sun Group, which includes Lai Sun Garment, Lai Sun Development, eSun Holdings, Lai Fung Holdings and Media Asia Group Holdings. He has extensive experience in property development and investment, hospitality as well as the media and entertainment business.

    Dr Lam is a Standing Committee Member of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), a trustee of The Better Hong Kong Foundation and Vice Chairman of Friends of Hong Kong Association Limited. He is also Chairman of Hong Kong Chamber of Films Limited, Honorary Chairman of Hong Kong Motion Picture Industry Association Limited, a director of The Real Estate Developers Association of Hong Kong, and of the Hong Kong-Vietnam Chamber of Commerce Limited.

    Dr Lam was Chairman of the Hong Kong Tourism Board from 2013 to 2019. In 2015, he was appointed Honorary Chairman of the Federation of HK Jiangsu Community Organisations, Chairman of Hong Kong Cultural Development Research Institute Limited and President of Hong Kong Association of Cultural Industries Limited.

    Dr Lam was conferred an Honorary Doctorate by the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts in June 2011, and awarded a Gold Bauhinia Star by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government in July 2015.

    Professor Matthew Lee is Vice-President (Development and External Relations) and Chair Professor of Information Systems and E-Commerce at City University of Hong Kong. As Vice-President, his portfolio includes university branding, communications and public relations, alumni relations, fundraising, global engagement, and the university exhibition gallery. He is a qualified Barrister-at-Law in Hong Kong and England & Wales, and a Chartered Engineer (UK Engineering Council). Professor Lee is Chairman of the Hong Kong Committee for Pacific Economic Cooperation (HKCPEC) and a member of the Hong Kong Deposits Protection Board, a statutory body established under the Deposit Protection Scheme Ordinance. He is also a board member of two listed companies in Hong Kong.

    Mr Willy Lin Sun Mo, a veteran industrialist with extensive experience in the textile and garment business, assumed Chairmanship of the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) in August 2016. Mr Lin is the Managing Director of Milo’s Knitwear (International) Ltd. He is also the Non-Executive Director of Top Form International Ltd and Chief Executive Officer of Dongguan Tangxia Futung Knitwear Factory Ltd in Mainland China.

    Mr Lin is dedicated to the development of the industry in Hong Kong. He served in HKPC as a Council Member from 2003 to 2008. Currently, he is also the Chairman of the Hong Kong Shippers’ Council since 1999 and Honorary Chairman of Hong Kong Exporters’ Association, Hong Kong Knitwear Exporters and Manufacturers Association and Textile Council of Hong Kong respectively.

    From 2009 to 2015, Mr Lin was the Chairman of the Hong Kong Export Credit Insurance Corporation. He was also the chairperson of a number of trade associations including Textile Council of Hong Kong, Shippers’ Association of Hong Kong and Hong Kong Exporters’ Association.

    Mr Lin has a strong record in public and community services. From 2007 to 2013, he was the Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Prince Philip Dental Hospital and Council Member of the Chinese University of Hong Kong from 2008 to 2014. Currently, he is a Board Member of the Trade and Industry Advisory Board of Commerce and Economic Development Bureau, Ex-officio Member of the Committee on Innovation, Technology and Re-industrialisation, Council Member of Hong Kong Logistics Development Council, and Board Member of the Hong Kong Maritime and Port Board.

    Mr Lin is the Honorary Consul of the Slovak Republic for Hong Kong and Macau, a Member of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Committee of Jieyang in Guangdong Province. He is the Director of the Hong Kong-Thailand Business Council and an Honorary Trade Advisor of the Ministry of Commerce of Thailand.

    Mr Lin graduated from Babson College in the United States with a Bachelor of Science degree.

    Mr Chuang is CEO of Precision Enterprise Limited. He established ProVista Group in 1995, and set up a few associated companies later, which include Precision Enterprise Limited. Over a period of 25 years, he developed the group into a full service provider, offering one-stop services from R&D, manufacturing to marketing of electronics and technologies. ProVista is one of the major players in the market for solar power generation system and energy storage system, automotive and RV electronics and power solutions, as well as the e-health IOT products. While ProVista Inno Park (Dongguan Songshan Lake) also offers full services to support business start-up, including start-up incubators, accelerators, engineering, manufacturing, and marketing. Inno Park Fund further invests in start-ups and promoting innovation and technology development.
